SWANITC Events Code of Conduct

About SWANTICEvens

S.W.A.N.T.I.C Events host truly BI men, women, non-gender conforming/trans/CD/TS individuals, couples & groups at our events in private locations in downtown metro areas. While open to everyone, our events primarily focus on BISEXUAL INDIVIDUALS, COUPLES & GROUPS who TRULY enjoy engaging in sex with ALL SEXES. We are seeking those not only looking to engage with like-minded individuals in great conversation & fun but also some hard-core safe intimate play. Our events are not for wallflowers however, they are always a NO-PRESSURE, relaxing environment.

Offering a safe, fun, creative, and sexy environment that is free from harassment, abusive behavior, and consent violations, we invited you to come to get your freak on with some of the sexiest people in your metropolitan area.

We are dedicated to furthering freedom of expression in tandem with personal accountability while striving to eliminate abusive behaviors. SWANITC Events expect high standards of behavior and education and will make every effort to ensure that all staff, presenters, and attendees act responsibly and with sensitivity. Staff, presenters, and attendees are expected to be accountable for the consequences of their actions and to consider the well-being of themselves, others, and SWANITC Parties. Conduct that undermines this code, or is exploitative of others, maybe cause for removal from the event and/or banning from future events.

In addition to violating our Event Etiquette Rules, the following actions may be cause for removal from an event and/or banning:

1- Consent Violations

Examples include but are not limited to failure to honor and use safe words, failure to honor stated limits and/or boundaries, violations of personal space and/or boundaries, violations of our photography policy (no photos are ever allowed to be taken without consent). No means NO, the first time.

2- Abusive Behavior/Harassment

Examples include but are not limited to bullying, coercion, unwanted sexual advances, intimidation, non-consensual physical abuse, and defamation.

3- Forfeiture of event registration payment, membership privilege revocation, rejection to/ejection from our events, and/or deletion from Event Attendee List may occur if:

  • There is evidence that member misrepresented themselves in photos/info submitted for clearance in to SWANITC Parties/membership.

  • Member shared confidential event website registration access codes, location or any relevant confidential information.

  • Member continually violates our etiquette/event rules.

  • Potential member registered/paid for an upcoming event knowing they DID NOT submit an Event Interest Form & were not cleared by a SWANITC Staff Member (not another guests) to attend our events or for membership.

  • We feel that member exudes rude, disrespectful or harassing behavior to our guests, staff members or event partners, either in person, via phone or email.

  • Member has a chargeback/payment dispute claim on file.

Review Process

A- If a violation of this code of conduct is witnessed or disclosed during an event, the SWANITC Staff are empowered to resolve the matter according to their own judgment in the moment, including ejection from the SWANITC Parties event. Any such cases will also be reported to the producers for further discussion/management.

B- Issues submitted via email will be reviewed by the SWANITC Parties leadership, who will consider the issue(s) at the least as a set of data points, useful in seeking patterns of behavior surrounding an individual.

C- Action taken can range from a warning to removal from a single event, to banning from all SWANITC Parties events.

In Short:

By attending a SWANITC Parties event you affirm that you will be honest and respectful in all your interactions and will be accountable for your actions and behavior.
